This facility is looking for coverage February 26th ongoing

This facility is looking for at least three months of coverage for this facility with the possibility of extension

M-F 8a-5p

No call

Minimum length of assignment : 1-2 weeks per month for three months

Procedures : Only procedure based- Exclusively I.R (General IR / No Neuro IR)

The physician will rotate between Evanston Hospital, Skokie Hospital, Highland Park Hospital, and Glenbrook Hospital

EMR : EPIC

30-45 days to privilege

$440 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
