Warehouse Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.

Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a hazard-free workplace.

Collaborate with departments like procurement and logistics to streamline workflows.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma / GED; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.

3+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (heat / cold).

Preferred Qualifications :

Forklift certification or OSHA training.

Experience with Lean / 6 Sigma methodologies.
