Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization in the infrastructure and manufacturing space is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join its onsite finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a background in public accounting, looking to transition into a corporate environment.

Staff Accountant

Location : Blue Bell, PA (Fully Onsite)

Salary : $70,000-$80,000 per year

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to support audits and special projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations
