The role involves caring for patients on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. RNs will need to be able to read telemetry strips and must have experience in orthopedic nursing. Occasional floating to an intensive care unit to care for overflow patients may be required. The facility is a teaching hospital, and you will often work with and support nursing students and new hires. All team members are expected to contribute to a supportive culture.
