Fleet Supervisor – Autonomous Vehicle Operations (Driver Lead)

Location : Miami, FL (On-site)

Pay : $32 / hour

Schedule : Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM or 2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM

Type : Full-Time | Contract

About the Role

Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company as a Fleet Supervisor – Base Operations in Miami. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily fleet operations, ensure all vehicles are ready for deployment, and maintain top safety and performance standards. You’ll lead and support a small team of drivers and technicians while keeping operations efficient, organized, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day fleet and driver operations.
Manage vehicle readiness, service routing, and logistics.
Track inventory, parts, and maintenance documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
Serve as on-shift point of contact for issue resolution and communication.
Train, coach, and support team members and new hires.
Contribute to data reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1+ year of team leadership or shift supervision experience.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (0 points) .

Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets / Excel) .

Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Able to travel locally up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Git, Jira, or Confluence .

Familiarity with autonomous vehicle or fleet operations .
