Maintenance Equipment Specialist (Noblesville)

Yoh is hiring a MaintenanceEquipment Specialist to support our pharmaceutical client in Noblesville, IN. This individual will need to come with hands on experience with large manufacturing equipment experience and documentationexperience. Specific experience wih Fillers, Labelers and Visual Inspection Machines is a must. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to critical manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Essential Functions :

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues in daily operations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel to understand equipment interactions and address challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams and site leadership to implement process improvements.
• Provide support for filling equipment, formulation processes, visual inspection systems, and labeling operations.
• Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of manufacturing instruments, equipment, and tools.
• Revise and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support operational needs.
• Participate in and support process FMEAs to assess and mitigate process and product risks.
• Deliver technical support for manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with US and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC / S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP).
