Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Drive adherence to timelines and financial targets. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. OSHA certification is a plus.
