Position Overview
The Program Manager provides full lifecycle Task Order (TO) management and oversees execution of all requirements under Task. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of program management activities, reporting, quality control, and transition support. The Program Manager will serve as a key member of a government-led team and act as the primary interface with the COR and Program Office.
Responsibilities
TO & Program Management
- Lead day-to-day management of SOW tasks, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Participate in TO Kick-Off and all required meetings; prepare and deliver meeting minutes.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Reporting & Financial Oversight
Develop Monthly Status and Financial Reports (MSFRs) detailing progress, hours, performance, risks, and CLIN-level financial data.Track expenditures, projections, ODCs, and year-to-date summaries.Quality Control
Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Control Plan (QCP) aligned with the government's QASP.Conduct QA functions to ensure performance standards and implement corrective actions.Program Management Reviews
Lead bi-weekly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Program Office and COR.Provide program status, staffing updates, accomplishments, risk summaries, and subcontractor reporting.Scheduling
Develop / maintain program and task-level project schedules including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.Transition Support
Prepare and manage Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, ensuring smooth handoff between contractors.Conduct joint inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP).Coordinate staffing, onboarding, documentation transfers, and closeout deliverables.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
