Data Analytics Engineer

We’re seeking a seasoned Data Analytics expert to help shape the future of our data strategy. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, planning, building reliable data models, optimizing performance, and delivering impactful business insights through advanced analytics and dashboards for the future state. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reliable data models that power dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics across the business.
• Optimize on-premise SQL Server database performance through advanced query tuning, index management, and execution plan analysis.
• Write complex and optimized T-SQL queries to support both ad hoc and automated reporting needs.
• Build and maintain robust Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and interactive visualizations.
• Partner with project managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and data scientists to transform data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation on data definitions, models, and transformations to support governance and data literacy.
• Ensure analytics layer is aligned with source systems and ETL processes.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting assets.
• Proactively identify opportunities for reporting automation and efficiency improvements.
