Social Worker MSW - Hospice

The MSW Social Worker is responsible for providing services to hospice patients, families, and caregivers, addressing a wide range of social work care coordination and psychosocial issues related to end-of-life needs including : adjustment to illness / prognosis, care system issues, community resource issues, insurance / financial issues, legal / ethical issues, and end-of-life planning.

Required qualifications :

• Masters Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or
• Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or
• Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or
• Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
