Job descriptionLicense Reimbursement – Assistance with obtaining or renewing your Virginia RN license. Referral Program – Bonuses for referring other clinicians. Weekly Pay – Timely payments every week. Provide direct care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform clinical interventions safely. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to changes in status promptly. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with MedSurg unit and facility standards. Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based nursing care. Active Virginia RN license or eligibility. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 2+ years of recent MedSurg nursing experience.
