12-hour day shifts 8am - 8pm, night

call 8pm - 8am for pediatric coverage

6 - 12

patients per day with 1 - 3 admits

95% adult

and 5% pediatric patient mix

ICU coverage for

both adult and pediatric patients

Newborn

coverage during pediatric call shifts

Advanced

procedures including intubations and central

lines

Ventilator management for non-invasive

and acute cases

High-risk deliveries and

C-section attendance required

We negotiate

better pay and deposit it weekly

We arrange

complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice

coverage

We simplify the credentialing and

privileging process
