Regional Class A Driver

This position allows you to be  home weekly  while still running consistent miles and earning steady pay.

Job Description :  Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.

Equipment :  2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24 / 7 operations access.

Pay :  Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.

Home Time :  Weekly 34-hour resets

Freight :  100% no-touch — 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

Experience :  1 year preferred (will train the right candidate)

Additional Benefits :

Detention Pay :  $12.50 / hour after 2 hours

Layover / Breakdown Pay :  $100 / day

Vacation Pay : 1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks
