We’re looking for a motivated, community-driven Insurance Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference locally while helping clients secure the right coverage for their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you'll not only help people protect what matters but also be a key player in community outreach and engagement.

Compensation :

66,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives
• Build relationships with local organizations (schools, farm organizations, chambers of commerce) to identify partnership opportunities
• Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that best meets their needs
• Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements
