We are currently seeking :

A custodian to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the building and grounds; support the overall appearance and functionality of the premises and ensure a hygienic and welcoming space for employees and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas within the building, including hallways, offices, restrooms, break room, and common areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners in all areas of the facility.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor or facilities manager.
• Replenishing restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required.
• Following all safety rules and regulations to minimize risk of accidents and enhance the safety of employees and visitors.
• Providing support for special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or post-construction cleaning.

Requirements and Skills :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. One year of experience in janitorial work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
