Description
Title : Electromechanical Technology Instructor
Bargaining Unit / Salary Level : Salary and Benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Faculty Unit. The salary range is in the $40000s to low $50000s depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities : Central Maine Community College seeks an Electromechanical Technology (ELT) instructor for our ELT Department. This is a full-time in person faculty position primarily responsible to teach 25 contact hours per semester and begins teaching responsibilities in the Spring 2026 semester. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses such as but not limited to Electrical Controls Industrial Controls Industrial Robotics Process Control and Measurement Electronic Devices I and lab time to allow students to demonstrate skills learned in class lecture. Courses are delivered in-person during the day and evening online hybrid or a addition to instruction position responsibilities include student advising curriculum development assessment and other related duties.
