About the Role

The team is seeking a Tax Associate with 1+ years of experience advising on the tax aspects of transactions, finance and lending transactions, corporate transactions, and general transactional tax planning.

Who’s a Fit

• Attorneys from top AmLaw tax practices or other sophisticated firms, or
• Big 4 attorneys with strong transactional tax experience and credentials
• Strong academic and analytical background
• JD required, and LLM strongly preferred
