The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Production Designer to join our Artwork & Video Generation DSE team. In this role, you are responsible for collaborating on developing new technologies for our Graphics and Typography tooling ecosystem. You should have a deep understanding of AV, Digital, and Print Production workflows. Expert knowledge of Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and a Variety of Formats in AV and Digital spaces. You excel in managing a large volume of assets across multiple platforms in a high-speed, high-performance environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager Artwork & Video Generation DSE, you will join a team of Engineers, Post-Production, and Broadcast experts at the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications :

Technical

o Design expert who can collaborate with engineers in developing a tooling pipeline for GFX automation and Typography design.

o Expert knowledge of Typography and font management.

o Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Typography design.

o Knowledge of backend code and scripting tools in Adobe a plus.

o Knowledge of Font tools, Fontself, and other font software.

o Curious and comfortable working with new technologies including design algorithms and Ai.

• Project Management

o Participate in end-to-end typography and Logo workflows using our internal automated production tools and proprietary systems.

o Technical liaison between Engineers and other Designers in different spaces of the company.

o Share feedback on tools being tested and incorporate workflow changes

o Manage large volumes of assets to test.

Experience :

• 5+ years of Graphics design.
• Ability to pick up new software and tools quickly.
• Experience in AV, Print, and Digital post-production workflows. This includes current and upcoming standards, as well as best practices for codecs, frame rates, and quality management.
• Knowledge of character-based languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and knowledge of these languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Thai) is a plus.

Pay Rate Range :

• 55-62.50 / hr.
