Physician / Family Practice / Iowa / Permanent / Family Medicine physician in Dubuque, IA Job

This opportunity is primarily outpatient clinic with limited call / inpatient responsibility. Schedules are flexible to your needs, currently the physicians work 4 days per week with variance depending when on call. There is a dedicated hospitalist program that cares for your adult patients in the hospital, but they are employed by GRMG. A family medicine doc will only go into the hospital for pediatric admissions. We also have split model options where several primary care physicians see their own patients in the hospital to maintain a broad skillset.
