Job descriptionMore than three years of experience as a Regional Director of Operations overseeing more than four upscale or fine dining restaurant that averages more than $20-million per location annually. Proven success and strong tenure of progressive experience in upscale or fine dining front-of-house operations. Strong leader and mentor with proven ability to manage leaders and promote from within. Expert financial acumen demonstrating best practices and strategies to drive profitability. Excellent communicator with people-centric attitude with the ability to foster customer loyalty and empower teams. Strategic thinker who solves problems and drives results with team buy in and collaboration. Flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to do what it takes to drive team and business success. Ability to drive and commute to assigned locations and corporate headquarters as needed.
