Project Specialist

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to facilitate energy efficiency improvements for multifamily residential customers.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Champion contractor projects from submission through payment, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process

Conduct QA / QC reviews of rebate applications and maintain accurate electronic records for all projects

Manage multiple simultaneous projects and collaborate closely with account managers and team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

2+ years of experience in a remote or on-site office environment

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong interest in the energy efficiency industry with a proactive mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects in a structured, process-driven environment

Experience in project management and record keeping
