Job description$90,000 yearly salary $7,500 sign-on bonus - we value your experience Weekly home time Full time position for these terminal locations : Auburn, ME, Amherst, WI, Kutztown, PA, Sumter, SC, and Des Moines, IA Paid orientation Referral program 401K, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Disability insurance Health savings account Vacation Bank Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience. Share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period. Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans. 3 + years of verifiable, accident-free Class A driving experience in interstate commerce. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in driver training is preferred but not required—your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most. Willingness to share truck space with students during training periods.
