Job description

Job Summary

Execute the processes and procedures necessary for day

to day operations within Global Procurement as assigned by the Global Category Manager Tools & Operations

Responsibilities / Description :

Knowledge of Procurement

  • Basic procurement experience including ERP systems such as SAP and Procurement solutions such as Ariba or Zycus
  • Business related experience in sourcing, supply chain, suppliers, etc.

Procurement best practice

  • Understand Government and Procurement Process (i.e. SOX Compliance, Global Authorization Policy, audit requirements..)
  • Familiar with IFF Code of Conduct

    • Project Management

  • Basic Project Management Skill
  • Strong analytical and systems / process skills

    • Supplier relations management

  • Basic contact with supplier

    • Leadership

  • Ability to work in teams and diverse groups of people and roles.
  • Ability to translate the instruction to action and make prioritization.
  • Shows initiative beyond the scope of a project / task.

    • Coach & Mentoring

  • Translates feedback into improvements.
  • Ability to engage and understand feedback through asking questions.
  • Helps others and provides feedback to peers.

    • Requirements :
