AutoLeap is building a world-class team, and we are looking for a driven Senior Billing Operations Associate to help run and improve our billing processes. This role is a unique opportunity to join from the ground floor and create lasting impact by growing and serving our high-performance teams. You will play a key role in understanding our internal stakeholders, and executing the fulfillment of their business needs. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to all departments within the company.

As Senior Billing Operations Associate, you will assist with :

• Handling day-to-day billing operations
• Handling billing discrepancies, responding to queries, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues
• Managing subscription amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in the billing system
• Supporting the creation and modification of subscription plans and pricing models in the billing system
• Investigating and resolving billing disputes, working with cross-functional teams to gather information and providing timely resolutions
• Carrying out weekly reconciliations, ensuring billing data is aligned between different sources
• Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements in billing operations, including automation and system optimization
• Documenting billing processes
• Assisting with other Finance tasks as and when required
