General Dentist / Private Practice

We are seeking a qualified General Dentist for a private practice position and an immediate opening in Crown Point, IN !

We offer the following compensation :

• 30% of net production
• Profit Interest and equity structure available
• $2,000 a year CE allowance
• $1,000 a year allowance malpractice allowance
• $500 a year licensure allowance

Work Schedule :

• Monday 7 : 30-5 : 00
• Tuesday 8 : 00-6 : 00
• Wednesday & Thursday 8 : 00-5 : 00

Responsibilities :

• Seeking approx. 25-35 patients a day
• Working with patients of all age ranges

Requirements / Qualifications :

• New graduates considered
• Graduate of an accredited school of Dentistry
• Licensed in the state of IN
• Detail-oriented / expert in the organization the ability to use systems or processes to prevent things from falling through fall the cracks
• Ability to think strategically
• Works well independently and as a team player
• An energetic and self-motivated individual, with at least 2 years of prior experience in either area of customer service, hospitality, and or a medical office setting.
