Director of Branch Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Branch Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees operations and performance of all banking centers, developing action plans for deficiencies

Manages team member selection, engagement, coaching, and performance management across branch operations

Develops operational plans, policies, and procedures to enhance scalability, automation, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred

Minimum of ten years of banking experience, including branch operations experience required

Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role required

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Knowledge of FIS IBS Insight and Sales and Service applications preferred
