Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales : Conduct engaging property tours, highlight community features, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Resident Support : Assist current and potential residents with inquiries, applications, lease renewals, and service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Technology Utilization : Efficiently manage resident and applicant information using leasing software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or CRM systems .
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all leasing activities adhere to Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to achieve occupancy goals and enhance resident satisfaction.
