Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and backflow problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements :

• Valid NC drivers license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential & commercial plumbing service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
