Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance hold a 220 license and possess exceptional leadership and strategic management skills.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and achieve business goals.Recruit hire and onboard new team members to support team growth.Provide ongoing training coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional development.Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in all sales interactions.Qualifications / Requirements
