Exciting Opportunity for Paramedics!

Compensation : $27.14 - $51.08 per hour (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 available for Full-time positions

We are seeking dedicated Paramedics who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and support. Join our team in making a difference in the lives of those in need!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess each emergency call to determine the best course of action, utilizing advanced Paramedic protocols.
  • Provide advanced medical care using essential equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and reassured during care.
  • Lead Paramedic teams in managing emergency scenes and resources effectively.
  • Drive ambulances in response to emergencies.
  • Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Engage in community programs to foster positive relations and enhance our organization’s image.

    • Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • California Driver’s License.
  • Ambulance Driver's License from DMV.
  • Medical Examiner's Card from DMV.
  • State of California Paramedic License.
  • CPR Certification (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider; handwritten cards are not acceptable).
  • ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY, handwritten cards are not acceptable).
  • Driving record that complies with AMR Safety and Driving policy (proof required upon conditional employment).
  • Completion of required ICS courses including IS-100B, IS-200B, IS-700A, IS-800B.

    • Experience : Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
