Estate & Business Planning Attorney (3 - 7 Years)

Overview

Koley Jessen offers our clients the region's largest team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated exclusively to the areas of estate planning and administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and related areas of the law. We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with and advising clients on estate planning, business succession planning, wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, liquidity planning, asset protection planning and related work;
• Drafting documents to implement all such planning;
• Preparing federal estate and gift tax returns (including complex reporting and valuation issues); and
• Assisting clients in the establishment of private foundations and other charitable vehicles.
