Demand Planner

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to support their team in demand forecasting and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and promotional events Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate insights into demand forecasts Analyze historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy and provide regular performance reports Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience in demand forecasting or a related role, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using Excel or similar tools for forecasting Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teams Strong focus on detail and accuracy in delivering high-quality results under deadlines Ability to analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions
