Position Detail :

• THREE DAY WORK WEEK!
• Outpatient only
• Current provider 4-5 days a month in office
• Joint Injections common for day-to-day
• Average 18 patients / day
• 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Days are negotiable. Prefer at least Monday and Tuesday when provider is in office.
