Substitute teachers fulfill educational programs when regular teachers are absent, allowing them to amplify their teaching expertise and deliver high-quality learning experiences for students.

This role involves following lesson plans, assisting students in understanding subject matter, and maintaining classroom routines.

Responsibilities :

• Implement day-to-day lesson plans and provide quality instruction to the class.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Report student injuries, illnesses, or serious discipline issues to school administration.
• Perform additional duties as directed by school administration.
