ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Installs variety of hardware and software packages
- Installs and upgrade the systems with virus protection software, spyware, firewall protection
software, etc.
Installs and maintains network computers, printers and other peripheral equipmentInstalls, configures, monitors, and maintains servers and networking equipmentUses command line tools and Windows Registry to monitor and troubleshoot systemsPerforms OS and software updates as neededPerforms routine maintenance on computers as neededOTHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent and one or more industry certificationsOne year of documented experience working in the Information Technology field, installing,implementing and / or troubleshooting computer systems
