Residential Aide (Bilingual)

This role requires bilingual fluency, both written and spoken.

The available schedules for this role are Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 12am or 12am to 8am.

Position Overview :

The Residential Aid is responsible for assuring the general welfare and safety of the families and children residing within the site by walking through their assigned floor, engaging with families and at times working in the kitchen. The Residential Aid will communicate with the security team and Director if an issue or concern arises. The Residential Aid is expected to accompany the case manager during room inspections. Monitor common areas to ensure proper usage. Conduct intakes during evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.

Position Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Experience in shelter or residential setting. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Food Protection Certificate will be required during first few weeks of hire. Driver’s License preferred.
