Capture Manager

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to drive strategic growth in government health and human services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and capture activities for opportunities, developing winning solutions and compliant proposals

Evaluate competitive landscapes and support the development of capture plans and strategies throughout the opportunity lifecycle

Mentor junior staff and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliant solutions aligned with pricing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5-7 years of relevant professional experience, including capture management or business development

Experience with US state / local government organizations, particularly in Human Services programs

Strong leadership and project management skills

Working knowledge of US state / local government procurement practices
