Job descriptionWelcome customers and listen to their concerns with care and professionalism Document customer and vehicle information accurately Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and service needs between customers and technicians Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle history mileage and age Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles throughout the day Review completed work and explain charges in a way thats clear and customer-friendly Build long-term relationships through trust reliability and outstanding service Strong background in customer service retail hospitality or automotive service Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment Interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth Automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience is a plus but not required training provided for the right candidate We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination / harassment without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws.
