We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about software development and data engineering. You will have substantial experience in managing large-scale data projects and leading critical development initiatives. This role involves direct collaboration with our VP of Engineering, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision, development, and deployment of the SciLeads platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire software development life cycle.
• Work within a cloud-based architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Manage and optimize a database containing over one billion records to ensure efficient data handling and aggregation.
• Resolve data challenges by implementing effective data engineering practices.
• Lead project management activities.
• Conduct code quality reviews and foster team collaboration.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing relentlessly on delivering value to our clients.
