Internal Medicine Physician

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA , is currently seeking an Academic Hospitalist (BE / BC Internal Medicine) to join our multi-specialty group, Desert Valley Medical Group. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a strong academic component, working with Internal Medicine residents.

Position Highlights

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Day shift Hospitalist with academic responsibilities
• Actively involved with IM residents : rounding and serving as core faculty for the IM Residency Program
• Open ICU; procedures preferred but not required
• Some Primary Care shift coverage preferred
• Work Schedule : Traditional Work Schedule : Monday Friday schedule (8AM 5PM) + 1 weekend / month
• Located in Victorville, CA 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga
• Base salary starting at $275,000 / year , plus semi-annual production bonuses
• Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement will be given.
