Shift : Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative II plays a key role in supporting customers with complex inquiries resolving escalated issues and ensuring superior service delivery. This position also assists with training new team members improving service processes and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced customer support by handling escalations special requests and complex service inquiries.
- Manage custom and special orders ensuring clarity and accuracy in expectations and delivery.
- Make proactive outreach calls to strengthen customer relationships and resolve concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation of all customer interactions.
- Conduct interviews or gather customer feedback to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with supervisors on process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
- Mentor and assist entry-level representatives through training and best-practice sharing.
- Stay current on company policies product knowledge and industry standards.
