Job description

Job Title : Service Billing Analyst

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Duration : 6 Months

Hours : Standard hours (40 hours) Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Location : On-site

Summary :

  • Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
  • Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer's and company's needs.
  • Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
  • Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
  • Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work.
  • Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
  • Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer's and company's needs.
  • Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
  • Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area.
  • Provides analytical work to assigned area.
  • Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
  • Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
  • Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical
  • work. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.

    • Qualifications / experience required :

  • SAP and excel experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude

    • Education requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
