Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Brand Management Associate to join the team working remotely. The Brand Sponsorship & Experiential Team leads the strategy and execution of sponsorships, events, digital activations, wellness initiatives, thought leadership, and experiential storytelling campaignsall designed to elevate Humana's brand presence and deepen relationships across communities nationwide. From national sports sponsorships to vibrant local events, our work builds trust, drives consumer connections, and brings our brand to life in powerful, human-centered ways.

Key Role Functions

• Plan and execute brand experience campaigns, events, and programs to engage audiences and build loyalty
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for successful activations
• Oversee and enhance the sponsorship governance process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life
• Support creative development and strategic planning for brand activations
• Ensure initiatives align with brand strategy and compliance standards

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$71,100 - $97,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
