Job Summary :

As an RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards, enhancing the well-being of patients, their families, and the community.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Implementing medical-surgical nursing practices to improve patient care quality and quality of life.
• Building effective relationships and advocating for patients and their families.
• Using the nursing process to create and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Assessing all dimensions of patient health to develop management strategies.
• Leading and collaborating with inter-professional teams to address patient care needs.
• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures.
• Fostering a supportive and healthy work environment.
• Applying evidence-based practices to ensure personalized, holistic care.
• Maintaining a constant state of alertness while performing daily tasks.
• Participating in point-of-care testing as needed.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Education :

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent education for licensure.

Experience :

• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements :

• Constantly required to communicate orally with patients and colleagues.
• Regularly standing and walking.
• Frequent lifting and transporting objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lifting or assisting patients weighing between 25-50 lbs.
• Demonstrates capacity for vision, smell, and hearing as part of nursing duties.

Licensure :

State-level RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
