What you’ll tackle

  • Provide full-spectrum support for all equipment allocated to the Factory; coordinate work and projects with Plant Maintenance.
  • Partner with Engineering on production-related projects and special machine initiatives.
  • Repair and maintain production machinery (electrical and mechanical), with emphasis on CNC and PLC platforms.
  • Troubleshoot in electrical control panels; as an Arc Flash certified technician, perform “live” work when needed.
  • Interpret diagrams, schematics, specifications, blueprints, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
  • Monitor, modify, or write programmable ladder logic; create PLC programs and electrical drawings to aid troubleshooting of modified equipment.
  • Install electrical, air, and data drops; design and implement electrical circuits and enabling technologies that support production.
  • Engage and oversee outside contractors for equipment repairs, verifying completion accuracy.
  • Lead the decision-making process on maintenance best practices; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance production reliability.
  • Uphold all department safety measures, promote a safe work environment, and maintain accuracy and timeliness in task execution.

  • What you bring

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the equipment maintenance field.
  • Hands-on self-starter; effective independently and in teams.
  • Background with CNC and PLC-controlled equipment; capable of routine maintenance and end-to-end troubleshooting on CNC manufacturing equipment.
  • Comfort with precision measuring instruments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong time management; able to prioritize throughput the day.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication in English.
