Vous travaillerez directement avec l'quipe de leadership du chapitre dassistance client (CSC) pour piloter des initiatives visant optimiser les systmes et les processus d'affaires. Vous vous concentrerez sur l'exploitation de la puissance de l'automatisation et de l'analytique avance pour susciter un vritable changement organisationnel. Passionn par l'IA et les technologies mergentes, vous collaborerez avec les leaders et les quipes interfonctionnelles (y compris les TI et lassistance client mondiale) pour intgrer harmonieusement les outils et les cadres d'IA aux processus d'affaires cls et contribuer propulser la performance commerciale de Roche Diagnostics Canada.

  • Analyse des systmes, intgration de l'IA et gestion du changement
  • Responsable de la gestion du processus de gestion du changement de bout en bout pour les amliorations des systmes bases sur l'IA, en garantissant une adoption transparente et en collaborant troitement avec l'quipe de leadership du chapitre dassistance client (CSC) afin d'aligner les initiatives sur les objectifs commerciaux mondiaux.
  • Agir en tant qu'agent de liaison essentiel pour l'IA et les systmes, en recueillant stratgiquement les besoins et en documentant les cas d'utilisation de l'IA afin d'identifier les occasions d'intgration de solutions d'IA et d'apprentissage automatique (ML) offrant des informations prdictives et l'automatisation des processus travers l'entreprise.
  • Analyse des donnes, applications d'IA et rapports
  • Concevoir et automatiser des tableaux de bord et des outils d'analyse bass sur l'IA l'aide de plateformes comme Tableau et Snowflake, en exploitant les algorithmes d'IA et d'apprentissage automatique pour anticiper les tendances et recommander des renseignements exploitables aux parties prenantes.
  • Promouvoir l'utilisation d'analyses avances (notamment le traitement automatique du langage naturel et l'analyse prdictive) pour optimiser et automatiser des processus tels que la planification des ressources et la planification des horaires, tout en crant une bibliothque d'indicateurs cls de performance (KPI) pilots par l'IA afin de suivre l'impact de toutes les initiatives de changement.

Your focus will be on harnessing the power of automation and advanced analytics to drive real organizational change.With a genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies, you will partner with Leaders and cross-functional teams (including IT and Global Customer Support) to seamlessly integrate AI-powered tools and frameworks into core business processes and contribute to unlocking the next level of business performance for Roche Diagnostics Canada.
  • What you'll do
  • Systems Analysis, AI Integration, and Change Management
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end change management process for AI-powered system improvements, ensuring seamless adoption and working closely with the Customer Support Chapter (CSC) Leadership to align initiatives with global business objectives.
  • Serve as the crucial AI and Systems Liaison, strategically gathering requirements and documenting AI use cases to identify opportunities for integrating AI and ML solutions that deliver predictive insights and process automation across the enterprise.
  • Data Analytics, AI Applications, and Reporting
  • Partner to design and automate AI-powered dashboards and analytics tools using platforms like Tableau and Snowflake, leveraging AI and ML algorithms to forecast trends and recommend actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics (including NLP and predictive analytics) to optimize and automate processes like scheduling and resource planning, while building a library of AI-driven KPIs
  • Leadership and Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted resource and thought leader for the organization, actively advocating for an AI-driven mindset and fostering innovation by continually exploring cutting-edge technologies and solutions
  • Facilitate training and workshops to upskill teams on the practical application of AI tools and collaborate closely with IT and data science teams to validate that AI-enhanced system changes meet all technical and business requirements.
  • Who you are
  • Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of combined experience in systems analysis, change management, and data analytics, with a proven track record of working with AI / ML technologies.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning models, AI frameworks, and automation tools with experience implementing them in business contexts.
  • Possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and AI platforms like Dataiku, TensorFlow, or AWS AI / ML services.
  • In this position, you will be servicing customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French is required.
  • Preferred
  • Certification in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) or AI / ML certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google ML Engineer).
  • Experience in deploying AI-powered solutions to optimize business processes in regulated or policy-heavy environments (e.g., healthcare, biotech, pharma, financial services).
  • Knowledge of tools like Celonis for process mining or AI-based process optimization platforms.
  • Advanced skills in predictive modeling, NLP, and data automation within an enterprise environment.
