As a Barista at our sister store next door The Annex Coffee and Foods https : / / www.theannexstl.com you’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Whether you’re steaming milk for a perfect latte or recommending a new blend, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests keep coming back for more!
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare & Serve Beverages : Craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Customer Interaction : Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Cash Handling : Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and stocked.
- Stock & Inventory : Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow Health & Safety Standards : Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
- Teamwork : Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and great service.
