Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead and provide direct oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance for an emerging program group within the Radio Frequency Solutions (SSBU) / Electronic Warfare Systems product line.

What You Will Do :

  • Monitor, interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals
  • Display strong communication and presentation skills with both leadership and external customers
  • Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements
  • Travel, as needed, between Raytheon sites and customer locations in support of business execution and growth requirements (approximately 5%-10%)

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (in program management, cost account management, system engineering, integrated product team lead, etc)
  • Experience supporting development and / or engineering design
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
  • Experience supporting Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and / or managing cost and schedules
  • Active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance (a SAP level clearance will be required after onboarding to maintain program access)
  • Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and / or concepts of operations
  • Experience successfully managing technology development programs and Independent Research & Development (IRAD)
  • Experience leading new business capture activities and winning new business in a competitive environment
  • Electronic Support and Electronic Attack technique experience to include traditional and adaptive approaches

  • This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.     The salary range for this role is $137,000 - $275,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
