Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead and provide direct oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance for an emerging program group within the Radio Frequency Solutions (SSBU) / Electronic Warfare Systems product line.

What You Will Do :

• Monitor, interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals
• Display strong communication and presentation skills with both leadership and external customers
• Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements
• Travel, as needed, between Raytheon sites and customer locations in support of business execution and growth requirements (approximately 5%-10%)

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is $137,000 - $275,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
