A company is looking for an HR Consultant - Contractual. Key Responsibilities Review and update the employee handbook annually, providing recommendations and support as needed Consult with management on HR compliance, policies, and personnel issues Conduct exit interviews and provide professional development recommendations Required Qualifications Certifications in the HR field preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion Knowledge of nonprofit HR policies and regulations Located in the DC Metro area for occasional in-person meetings
