Senior Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation Communicate with loan originators and customers to obtain necessary documentation Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations Encompass experience preferred Ability to work varying hours and overtime if needed
